I can`t understand Verstappen`s reaction. Why was he so worried about sixth or seventh place? For him, this did not change anything, but for Perez, every position was important - Sergio helped him in the past. Here, after all, there was no question of abandoning the podium, as was the case with Sainz and Leclerc, Villeneuve believes.


Journalist Peter Windsor is also shocked by Verstappen`s actions.


To me, it`s just weird. It is believed that some incident led to this - Max took revenge for him. But in this case, it`s somehow childish, it does not correlate with the level of the champion at all. I thought all year that Max really matured, that he took the title with responsibility, but this time we saw the level of audacity, as in Formula Ford. A shocking sight.


I wonder if there is any influence of Helmut Marko or Jos Verstappen? We know how passionate they are, how passionate they are about Max. But even if this is true, I`m still disappointed that Max acted in such a spirit, - said Windsor.
